Bio:

Angel is the kind of dog who makes you smile without even trying! She gives the gentlest little kisses, follows you from room to room just to be near you, and tosses toys in the air to entertain herself when you’re busy.

Her favorite things? Spiky balls, belly flops into the water, playing fetch on the beach, and just being close to her people.

Despite a rough start (she came into the shelter after being hit by a car—she has a small scar and some old, healed fractures), Angel is full of life and love. Nothing holds her back! She’s housebroken, crate-trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and loves other dogs.

She’s likely good with cats, too. We encountered one on a walk and she wagged her tail and respectfully approached – did not get excited like it was prey.

She’s happy, gentle, curious, and affectionate—but also knows how to settle when it’s time to rest.

This sweet girl has been through a lot, but she hasn’t let it dim her light! She’s ready for a forever family who will let her love hard, play hard, and finally relax into the life she deserves.
