I am an introvert, but my dog is not. Quarantine is hitting her hard. She’s thrilled that I never leave the house, but she’s also highly offended that our walks are short and the neighbors aren’t showering her with attention. While some areas are allowing outdoor exercise, others are encouraging people and their pets to stay inside. If your ultra-energetic dog is starting to go a little stir crazy, try out one (or all) of these toys to channel their focus and stimulate their mind.
The StarMark Bob-A-Lot Interactive Dog Toy
Here’s a toy that makes ordinary kibble a whole lot more fun. The adjustable treat-dispensing toy has enough room to store an entire meal’s worth of kibble, dispensing it piece by piece as your dog chews, rolls, and tosses it. The treat dispensing opening is adjustable, so you can make it extra challenging for particularly crafty pups.

Kong Wobbler Treat Dispensing Toy
A similar concept, the Kong Wobbler is very similar to the Bob-A-Lot, except that it’s made of durable rubber that heavy chewers are a big fan of. It’s easy to fill and comes in two sizes. If your dog is a big licker, try a classic Kong instead. You can fill it with a mix of peanut butter and treats, freeze it, and watch them spend hours licking away.

Outward Hound Ottosson Puzzle Brick Dog Toy
For dogs that really need a challenge, this puzzle toy provides a challenge. It has three different treat feeding features so that dogs have to slide around the pieces and flip open lids to find hidden treats. The dog is automatically rewarded for his efforts, keeping him engaged and fending off boredom-related destructive behaviors.
