As the weather warms, trips to the dog park can get a little less chill and a little more sweaty. Since dogs can’t actually sweat, heat waves can be both uncomfortable and dangerous. To help your dog cool off after a run in the sun, we’ve pulled together the best products to beat the heat.
K&H Cooling Pet Cot
Whether stuck in the hot living room or hanging out in the backyard, dogs need somewhere cool to lie down and rest. The K&H Cooling Pet Cot works anywhere, with a cool core pad and breathable mesh to help your dog nap comfortably. It’s made of steel and has rubber, non-skid feet, so it can handle even the toughest of pooches- even ones weighing up to 200 lbs! Nice.
Chill Seeker Cooling Vest
Last but not least, here’s a way to stay cool on the go…and look cool doing it! The Chill Seeker Cooling Vest uses evaporation to lower body temperature- just add water and let it do its thang. It’s made of mesh so it’s comfortable to wear, and it comes in several sizes to fit dogs big and small. Did we mention it comes in rainbow?!
